User Data Deletion

Overview

You can delete your DeepPadel account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it — instantly from within the app, or by sending us a request. Both are described below.

DeepPadel is operated by SAL DEEP PADEL SAL (U.C), Beirut, Lebanon.

WhatsApp Business Platform

DeepPadel uses the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) to send transactional messages such as booking confirmations and verification codes. We do not use Facebook Login and do not collect or permanently store Facebook or Meta profile data (such as your name on Facebook, email, or friends list). If you believe we hold any personal information related to your use of DeepPadel, you may request its deletion using either method below.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

Open the DeepPadel app, then go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm with your password. This permanently deletes your account and personal data right away — no further action is needed.

Option 2 — Request by email

Email support@deepplay.club from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my data.” We will verify the request and process valid deletion requests within 30 days.

What we delete

Your profile (name, email, phone, photo, date of birth), your bookings and activity history, chat and AI conversation history, wearable/health data you connected, saved preferences, and your device push tokens.

What may be retained

We may keep a limited set of financial and transaction records (for example, paid invoices) in anonymized or pseudonymized form for as long as required by tax, accounting, and other legal obligations. These records can no longer be used to identify or contact you.
